About a mile above Swinging Bridge, there's a beautiful, secluded waterfall and swimming hole. I was occupied with little ones this time, so I didn't go, but Mike hiked up with a bunch of people.
Here's a photo of Mike jumping. I wish I also had a good photo of the water and falls. It's gorgeous.

For almost everyone in our family the waterfall was their favorite part. Too bad it's so far away. And hard for ones with kids to get to.
One of my favorite spots, too - definitely worthy of another Yosemite post. Seeing a picture of it makes me sad I didn't make it up there this trip. Next time we do Yosemite we should do our mini sister trip at the waterfall!
